The 31-year-old quick bowler highlighted in 16 white-ball games for the public group in the last season and is a potential consideration for the 50-over World Cup in India in the not so distant future. "Adam's really buckled down and has demonstrated great flexibility throughout recent years to be in a situation to procure this agreement offer," said Dark Covers lead trainer Gary Stead. "He's forever been a top-class bowler and we were dazzled by his reliable commitments in the new home summer and visit through Pakistan." The 20-man contract list delivered by the board for the 2023-24 season has an eminent non-attendant in Ajaz Patel. The left-arm spinner, who is just the third bowler throughout the entire existence of Test cricket to take each of the 10 wickets in an innings, played only two Tests last year and no games at all for the white-ball groups.
