Previous West Indies player Marlon Samuels has been viewed as at real fault for four offenses under the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) Against Debasement Code. Samuels was charged by the ICC for the ECB back in 2021. He was found blameworthy after he practiced his right to a conference before a free enemy of defilement court.
